Privacy Policy:
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We collect, process and use personal data exclusively on the basis of the relevant legal provisions (e.g. GDPR, Data Protection Adjustment Act 2018, Data Protection Deregulation Act 2018). In this data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. This data protection declaration clarifies users about the type, scope and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by the person responsible, Sandrats Media Company GmbH, Strohberggasse 30, A-1120 Vienna. We process inventory data (e.g. names, addresses), contact details (e.g., email, telephone numbers), usage data (e.g., websites visited, interest in content, access times) as well as meta / communication data (e.g., device information, IP addresses) as part of the offer.
Affected persons are all visitors to the offer (hereinafter referred to as "users"). The purpose of the processing is to provide the offer, as well as its functions and content, to answer contact inquiries and to communicate with users, as well as security, analysis, reach and marketing measures. The terms used in this declaration follow the legal definitions that are explained by the European directors and regulators in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Every user has the following rights:
the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
Contact us:
If users contact us by email, the data they provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. The specified data can be stored in a customer relationship management system or in a comparable database system. We will delete this data if it is no longer required. We check the necessity every three years, furthermore the legal retention periods and archiving obligations apply.
Cookies:
We use cookies within our offer based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the technical feasibility, functionality and operation of the offer) ("session cookies"), which are technically necessary for the proper functioning of the offer. These cookies are deleted after the end of the use of the offer.
Access data and server log files. We or our web space provider collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the accessed websites, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting party Provider. We use the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. This information is stored for a period of 3 months and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
Integration of services or third party content. We use content or service offers from third-party providers within our offer based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, the technical and economic optimization of the operation of the offer). The third-party providers of this content will be informed of the IP address of the users, since without the IP address the content could not be sent to the third-party browser. The IP address is therefore required. Third-party providers can also use so-called "pixel tags". These can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the website. The pseudonymous information can also be stored in the form of cookies on the user's device.
The following third-party services and content are used in our offer:
Google Maps: Map service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data protection declaration: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ , opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated .
Facebook: “Social Plugins” from the social media provider facebook.com, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The plugins can represent interaction elements or content (e.g. pictures, videos, text contributions, etc.) and can be recognized by the Facebook logo or one of the typical Facebook pictograms. A complete overview of all plug-ins and their appearance can be found at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins .

When a user calls up a function of our offer that contains such a plugin, his device establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted from Facebook directly to the user's device, which integrates it into the offer. User profiles of the users can be created from the processed data. We have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform the users according to our level of knowledge. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged into Facebook at the same time, Facebook recognizes each time the offer is called up by the user and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our offer, which specific subpage the user visits. This information is collected by the Facebook component and assigned to the user's Facebook account by Facebook. If the user presses one of the Facebook buttons integrated on our offer, for example the "Like" button, or if the user makes a comment, Facebook assigns this information to the user's personal Facebook user account and stores this personal data. If a user is not a Facebook user, there is still the possibility that Facebook will find out and save his IP address. According to Facebook, IP addresses are stored anonymously. Facebook is certified under the EU Privacy Shield Agreement.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and setting options for protecting the privacy of the user can be found in Facebook's data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .
If a user is also a Facebook user and does not want Facebook to collect data about him via this offer and link it to his member data stored on Facebook, he must log out of Facebook before using our offer and delete his cookies.
